		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more on your analysis of what Huffman&#039;s bill does and does not do. In fact, Huffman strangely would agree, too. He admitted those short comings several months ago but said it was the best he could do, otherwise the bill would have no chance of passing. That&#039;s one way of doing politics I suppose. Most important though, I agree that we need to continue the work and apply all that we&#039;ve learned in the last year to create a better, greener, toxin free future.</description>
