That math from Will Allen is very important. The government intends to subject us to some 450 sprays a decade. And, all of that time, we will be exposed to the pesticide. Much more than 215 days' worth...in point of fact, 3,650 days of chronic pesticide exposure. It's hard to imagine anyone being left standing at that point, let alone having Parkinson's! I read, the other day, that exposure to pesticides for more than 215 days doubles the likelihood of contracting Parkinson's Disease. (Will Allen - "The War on Bugs") When you think of how much exposure there is right now - that is definitely frightening. However, as we all know, out of bad times can come great good. This is a time when so many people are becoming aware that our actions are destroying our lives and our planet. Anna Werner is doing a great service and says she will continue. I am excited, each day, to see where she is taking this. I believe the most revealing articles are yet to come. After so many years of fear mongering and pressure by those in power, it is a true joy to see the almost forgotten art of investigative journalism practiced again.
