They are putting them up in San Jose this week. I feel so sorry for that whole city. It's just awful. Yes, CDFA's entire approach to agriculture is backward. Rather than spending money on caring for the land, interplanting diverse flora, attracting important fauna, they approach the earth with the 1950's mentality of spraying everything with poison. As though this will have a good outcome! It's like trying to tell 3-year-olds not to touch the stove. You have to speak to CDFA as though they are infants, while the rest of the world seems able to quickly assimilate the message that poisoning one's self is a mad idea. Keep fighting, Solstice.
