4/24 Good news! City/County Santa Cruz Judge rules that LBAM spray temporarily halted; CDFA must do an Environmental Impact Report (EIR)!!!!!

Updated news reports: This judge’s order may only be for Santa Cruz County. However, environmentalists have filed a similar lawsuit in Monterey Superior Court to be heard next month. See:
