Hello,

Thank you for contacting Whole Foods Market with your concerns.

We have consulted with numerous scientific and regulatory experts on this issue and we support the position of CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) which can be found at this link.

 http://www.ccof.org/pr08-03-11LBAM.php

We encourage a proactive win/win solution to the issue and appreciate the efforts of several environmental groups towards this goal. In the meantime, we suggest consumers to thoroughly evaluate, and convey their opinions to their local, regional, and state representatives.

Warm regards,

		<description>Hi Donna,
Thank you!

I so hope people will flood Whole Foods with emails at:
customer.questions@wholefoods.com

I was taken aback that the Whole Foods rep said they didn't know much about this issue. It's up to us to teach them, just as the burden has apparently been put on us to teach our government officials that exposing humans to pesticides is unhealthy.

Let Whole Foods in on everything you know and ask them to jump into this while there is still time.
